- $15 Billion Growing Hedge Fund Seeks an Assistant Controller to Join its Team
- Reporting to the CFO
- Assist in Managing & Building Out Accounting, Finance & Operations
- Financial Reporting
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in Establishing Internal Control Functions & Process Improvements
- Manage & Review of the Month-End NAV Process
- Cash Management & Reconciliations
- Valuations
- Management/Performance Fee Calculations
- Partnership Allocations
- Manage Investor Capital Activities
- Client & Management Reporting
- Regulatory Filings
- Review of Daily and Monthly P&L
- Oversee Third-Party Vendors including Fund Administrator & External Auditors
- Manage Year-End Audit
- Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 Years of Accounting Experience with a Mix of Public Accounting & Private Funds/Hedge Fund Experience
- CPA a Must
- Experience with Products like Equities, Options, Swaps, & Credit Derivatives
- Enfusion Experience a Plus
Base Salary 150k-225k + a Strong Bonus & Full Comprehensive Package. Tremendous Opportunity/Direct Path to Controller/VP Finance. Role is Remote- Candidates in NYC/Tri-State Area Preferred.
