Our firm generates over $6M in annual revenue and continues to scale rapidly. Marketing is one of the primary drivers of that growth. We invest heavily in digital marketing, supported by a $1.2M annual marketing budget across paid media, SEO, seminars, and digital growth initiatives.

We are looking for a data‑driven Performance Marketing Manager who enjoys building campaigns, optimizing performance, and seeing their work translate directly into measurable revenue growth.

What You'll Do

    Paid Media Execution (Primary Focus)
  • You will help manage and optimize campaigns supported by a seven-figure annual marketing budget, giving you the ability to test, optimize, and scale campaigns using meaningful data.
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting)
  • Manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook / Instagram)
  • Work with Local Services Ads (LSA), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other channels as appropriate
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
  • Create and test ad creative variations
  • Continuously optimize bids, targeting, and budgets
  • Monitor cost‑per‑lead, conversion rates, and lead quality
  • Scale campaigns that produce measurable results
    Marketing Automation CRM (HubSpot)
  • Build automated workflows and lead nurture campaigns
  • Create segmentation lists and lifecycle stages
  • Configure attribution tracking and reporting
  • Assist with email marketing and lead routing
  • Integrate forms and campaign triggers into marketing funnels
    SEO Support & Execution
  • Support on‑page SEO including metadata, keyword implementation, and internal linking
  • Assist with off‑page SEO including citations and backlink outreach
  • Help troubleshoot technical SEO issues such as crawl errors and indexing problems
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Work with tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
    Landing Pages & Funnel Development
  • Build high‑converting landing pages for campaigns, webinars, and events
  • Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates
  • Ensure pages are fast, mobile optimized, and conversion focused
  • Work within our MODX CMS platform (training provided if needed)
    Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
  • Implement tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads
  • Configure conversion tracking across platforms
  • Build reporting dashboards
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
    Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with MODX CMS
  • Experience marketing local service businesses
  • Experience promoting seminars or webinars
  • Experience marketing for law firms
    Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of hands‑on digital marketing execution
  • Strong experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Experience running Meta ad campaigns
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM and marketing automation
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals
  • Experience implementing tracking pixels, UTMs, and conversion events
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Self‑starter who enjoys testing and improving results
