About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, Paralegal with extensive experience deed work to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing complex real property conveyance documents and coordinating entity formations to support trust and ownership structures across multiple jurisdictions.
This role focuses on multistate deed preparation, LLC formation and maintenance, and ensuring proper titling of assets consistent with estate planning objectives. The ideal candidate has deep experience managing multistate transactions, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders nationwide.
- What You'll Do
- Draft, review, and finalize a wide range of deeds, including warranty deeds, quitclaim deeds, special warranty deeds, trustee deeds, and corrective instruments across multiple states.
- Analyze title commitments, legal descriptions, surveys, and prior conveyance documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Research state-specific recording requirements, transfer taxes, exemptions, notarization standards, and jurisdictional nuances.
- Manage deed execution logistics, including remote notarization, witnesses, apostilles, and recording submissions.
- Review and resolve title objections, vesting discrepancies, and legal description issues.
- Track recording confirmations and maintain organized transaction files and databases.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in real estate law, title, or transactional support
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; Paralegal certificate strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience drafting deeds in multiple U.S. jurisdictions.
- Familiarity with entity structures (LLCs, corporations, trusts) and authority documentation.
- Experience with large portfolio or high-volume transactions.
- Familiarity with e-recording platforms (e.g., Simplifile, CSC, ePN).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems; experience with title/closing software a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
