- Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting

- Ability to work independently in a remote capacity with excellent time and task management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Prior experience in financial leadership roles, particularly within non-profit or healthcare sectors
- Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are highly desirable
