As a Ticket/Gate Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers, guiding them through the check-in and boarding process, and ensuring they have accurate travel documentation.
- Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts, with some bags weighing up to 70 pounds.
- Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.
- Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth airport operations and efficient customer flow.
