Job Description
We're looking for a high-energy Marketing assistant to help our marketing team and drive growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a remote position where you'll be the operational backbone of our marketing efforts—managing team workflows, ensuring quality execution, and bridging the gap between marketing and sales.

What You'll Be Doing
Responsible for blogs, email marketing, email automation, CRM management, webinars, courses, and events
Oversee multiple simultaneous projects and keep everything moving forward on schedule
Be proactive in identifying bottlenecks and solving problems before they become issues
Quality Assurance & Content Oversight
Review and QA all marketing deliverables including written content, videos, email campaigns, and templates
Ensure brand consistency and quality standards across all marketing materials
Customer Service & Communication
Respond to client emails and questions about our business
Monitor and manage live chat to ensure quick, helpful responses
Stay deeply connected to what's happening between marketing and sales teams
Attend regular Zoom sessions with the team and leadership
Systems & Operations
Manage workflows in GoHighLevel and ActiveCampaign
Keep CRM data clean and organized
Create and maintain documentation in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Presentations)
Implement and optimize marketing automation processes
What You Need to Succeed
Required Skills & Experience
Proven project management abilities with multiple moving parts
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and ActiveCampaign, YouTube Studio, WordPress and Html, Canva and Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok)
Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Presentations)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer service mindset and experience
