Job Overview
We are seeking Business Development and Corporate Planning Manager who will play a strategic role in enabling the company’s sustainable growth across global markets by aligning cross-functional operations with long-term corporate priorities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Propose strategic plans, long-term goals, priorities and actions.
- Develop and lead continuous refinement of Medeia’s 5-year corporate roadmap.
- Lead annual strategy cycles.
- Collaborate with CEO and R&D to design and execute post-market studies and real-world evidence projects.
- Oversee external research partnerships.
- Coordinate and leverage existing certifications and pursue regulatory approvals.
- Collaborate in the process of employee recruitment, training and the general performance of the personnel.
- Lead periodic reviews of product positioning and feature roadmaps, analyzing user feedback, market demand, and competitor benchmarking.
- Work with Finance and Sales Teams to optimize pricing strategy and models.
- Requirenments:
- Master’s degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of corporate management experience.
- Strong understanding of medical device regulations, compliance standards, and healthcare industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
