This position begins as a 60-day sweat equity engagement to align our vision, execution, and long-term partnership before transitioning into a permanent Co-Founder/CFO role.
[The Opportunity] Oati Worldwide is engineering the global standard for financial transaction infrastructure. We are building a immutable, sovereign financial engine transforming healthcare and other verticals with institutional capital movement. We are seeking a Co-Founder & CFO who is not just an executive, but a capital-raising powerhouse and strategic partner. You will work directly with the CEO to architect our financial future and anchor our engagement with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
- [The Role: Your First 60 Days] The initial 60-day period is our "Founding Sprint." It is designed to pressure-test our synergy, refine our financial architecture, and align on our $10B+ exit strategy. You will be expected to:
- Capital Strategy: Develop and execute an aggressive fundraising roadmap, leveraging your existing network of institutional investors and venture partners.
- Regulatory Deep-Dive: Audit and solidify our MAS compliance framework to ensure global scalability.
- Financial Modeling: Pressure-test our TTV and SaaS-revenue projections for our Board of financial heavyweights.
- Founder Alignment: Demonstrate the high-velocity, high-stakes decision-making required to lead this enterprise alongside the CEO.

- Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead with the CEO in capital-raising initiatives; manage investor relationships and secure the capital required for global scale.
- Regulatory Governance: Own the relationship with MAS and global regulators; ensure our rail operates within a "regulatory clean-room."
- Financial Architecture: Build robust, scalable systems for our tiered service model (Ledger, Rails, and Full-Stack Apex).
- Strategic Growth: Partner with the CEO to define M&A opportunities, market entry, and operational pivots.

- Institutional Rigor: Experience in scaling tech-driven companies through rapid growth phases (Series B+).
