BCBA CASE MANAGER / RBT SUPERVISOR
Reports To: Clinical Director / Senior BCBA
Supervises: BCaBAs, RBTs, Student Analysts
Department: Clinical Services
Service Settings: Remote
Pay: $65-$85/hour
The BCBA Case Manager / RBT Supervisor is the primary clinical authority for assigned clients and is responsible for:
● clinical quality
● medically necessary service delivery
● RBT supervision and performance
● caregiver training
● authorization continuity
● reassessment completion
● measurable client outcomes
This is a caseload-driven, BCBA-led, revenue-protective role.
This position is not an assessment-only role.
Reassessments are a required function of all supervising BCBAs.
We are open to consider BCBAs of any state in the USA.

Pay: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour
