Our partnering facility is seeking two (2) qualified Contract Recruiters to join their Team based in our TriStar Division, (Nashville, Tennessee)
Must have reliable transportation to attend onsite events within the local region. Must reside in the Nashville, Tennessee area.
MUST BE FLEXIBEL WORKING IN MULTIPLE TIME ZONES.
Responsibilities:
The Contract Recruiters are responsible for coordinating recruitment processes for placing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external across the assigned division. The Recruiters will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team, as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the manager. The Recruiters will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding process, credentialing and community offerings.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a recruiting environment, with a proven track record of success in sales/production recruiting environment in hospital healthcare - SERVICE LINE: 1) FOOD AND NUTRITION SERVICES (FNS) Housekeepers, Dietitians, Chefs, Cooks, etcetera) SERVICE LINE: 2) REGISTERED NURSES in various specialties
- Experience with ATS/ CMS systems - technologically versed
- CUSTOMER SERVICE experience in a recruitment environment for critical, hard to fill positions with a variety of operational support or clinical areas
- Critical thinking capabilities - highly motivated and engaged
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities - good follow-up, follow-through skills - high attention to detail
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel - technologically versed
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must have experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment - managing 100- 130 requisitions ongoing at a time - supporting multiple hiring leaders
- Productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects/priorities - highly organized
- A smart “go getter” aptitude who embraces continuous change
