arenaflex is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented individual to join our Digital Media Campaign Operations team as a Remote Part‑Time Data Entry & Campaign Operations Coordinator. Reporting to the Senior Campaign Operations Manager, you will support a distributed sales force and a diverse client base throughout the entire campaign lifecycle—from order intake and trafficking to performance analysis and invoicing. While the role is part‑time and fully remote, it offers a unique gateway into the high‑impact world of digital advertising for one of the most recognizable entertainment brands on the planet.

Key Responsibilities



  • Campaign Lifecycle Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sales representatives and advertisers, handling order entry, trafficking, optimization, reporting, and billing for digital campaigns across video, display, CTV, and mobile properties—including arenaflex+ streaming platforms, websites, apps, and social channels.

  • Data Accuracy & Integrity: Perform meticulous data entry of campaign specifications, targeting parameters, flight dates, budgets, and creative assets, ensuring 100% accuracy in arenaflex’s ad‑tech systems.

  • Revenue Optimization: Collaborate with media planners and account managers to construct media plans that maximize revenue while meeting client KPIs such as CPM, viewability, and completion rates.

  • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Production teams to resolve invoicing questions, contract discrepancies, and compliance issues in a timely manner.
