Job Description
AI Automation Developer to architect and implement intelligent workflow automation across our platform. This role involves API integrations, AI model integration, workflow logic design, and system scalability.
We are building AI-driven relational and leadership tools and need someone who understands automation architecture — not just coding.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows
- Integrate RelateForge with external APIs (CRM, payment systems, messaging tools, etc.)
- Build scalable backend services for automation logic
- Implement GPT-based AI features (prompt engineering, contextual memory, logic chains)
- Handle authentication, error recovery, and logging
- Optimize performance and cost efficiency of AI API calls
- Document architecture and workflow logic
Required Skills
- Strong backend development (Node.js, Python, or similar)
- REST API integration experience
- Webhooks & event-driven architecture
- Experience with OpenAI or LLM integration
- Database management (SQL or NoSQL)
- Cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Version control (Git)
Preferred
- Experience with workflow tools (Zapier, n8n, Make, etc.)
- SaaS product development
- Prompt engineering expertise.
- Security & data compliance awareness
Project Scope
Initial phase:
- Build 3–5 intelligent automation workflows.
- Connect RelateForge to at least 2 external systems.
- Implement AI-generated insights module.
Engagement Type
Contract with potential long-term extension.
