Job Description
We are looking for a Creative Director to own the strategy and execution of our organic video launches across LinkedIn and X (Twitter). This is not just another “social media manager” role. You will be the architect behind campaigns designed to go viral, coordinating every detail from copywriting to influencer amplification.
- What you’ll do:
- Apply fundamental viral growth strategies from Youtube and turn videos into EVENTS
- Develop and execute organic launch strategies for video campaigns on LinkedIn and X.
- Write scroll-stopping copy for posts, captions, and campaign content.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and communities that can amplify reach.
- Design viral loops: snowball campaigns using out-of-the-box tactics (giveaways, community seeding, Slack/Discord drops, etc.).
- Analyze what’s working and iterate quickly to maximize reach and engagement.
- Help with building influencer lists and recommend the right partners for each campaign.
- Coordinate with internal and external members of the campaign to ensure campaigns roll out smoothly and on time.
- What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience writing high-performing LinkedIn and X posts (with examples).
- Deep understanding of what goes viral and why on both platforms.
- Track record of launching campaigns that reached significant traction organically.
- Creative thinker who can spot opportunities beyond the obvious influencer repost.
- Strategic mind with the ability to zoom out and own the whole campaign, not just a single post.
- Fast, adaptive, and comfortable working in dynamic, high-speed environments.
