Job Description
We're hiring a small number of experienced Financial Analysts (corporate finance, restructuring, valuation, credit analysis, or M&A) for a paid pilot evaluating human + AI agent collaboration on realistic work tasks. You'll use different AI assistants while producing polished, professional deliverables across spreadsheet-based financial models and analyses.
You will complete ALL 5 tasks (short summary below):
1. Balance-sheet restructuring model (CSV provided): compute EBITDA, TEV, exit TL sizing, equity value, rights offering dilution, covenant headroom, and an OID/fee scenario.
2. Ford Motor valuation (SEC filings provided): build fully diluted market cap + EV excluding Ford Credit, with LTM multiples (Revenue, EBITDA, UFCF, Net Income, FCF).
3. Loan underwriting analysis (business plan PDF provided): calculate CFADS and DSCR across a 3-year forecast for an IT infrastructure company; assess covenant compliance.
4. Bond credit spread analysis (swap rate file provided): compute Heineken bond YTM and i-spread on two dates around an S&P rating upgrade; assess materiality vs. 20 bps threshold.
5. Cross-border M&A model (data file provided): compute FX forwards, total consideration, Term Loan B sizing, and Year-1 net GBP remittances under two post-close holding structures.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in financial analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, credit analysis, or restructuring
- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel/Spreadsheets (valuation, debt sizing, DCF/LBO mechanics)
- Familiarity with capital structure analysis, bond math (YTM, credit spreads), and M&A transaction mechanics
- Ability to work with SEC filings, business plans, and structured financial data
- Detail-oriented with precise formatting (rounding conventions, unit consistency)
- Comfortable collaborating with an AI assistant (you still own accuracy/quality)
Payment
- Fixed Price: $20 per task ($100 total)
- Performance-based Bonus: Participants are ranked using the TrueSkill ranking system. The top-ranked participant receives $100, second place receives $50, and third place receives $50.
