- Review plan and corporate documents for accuracy and completeness
- Serve as a proactive contact for new clients, assisting them with their retirement plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any on-boarding issues
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive plan information
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple projects accurately and efficiently
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in client support or retirement services
- Experience with internal tools such as Pension Pro
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, client-friendly terms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with compliance testing and plan design
