We're seeking an experienced Entry-Level Live Chat Representative to join our remote team, providing exceptional customer support and service to our clients. As a Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat, email, and phone, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, business, or customer service) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM systems a plus
