We are seeking a contractor who can design, deploy, and document AI agents and workflow automations. We are seeking to get this work done ASAP so please include your availability to turn this project around in your proposal. Core Stack Zoom, ClickUp, OpenAI or ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Google Workspace The Work —Map current workflows and identify automation opportunities —Build and test agents for scheduling, intake, routing, and follow up —Create prompts, docs, and short screen captures (screen videos, Looms, etc) so the team can maintain what you build —Set up guardrails, logging, and simple dashboards You —Proven track —Strong prompt design and reasoning skills —Clear communication and fast iteration —Sharp business sense; understand nature of start-up environments —Part time. Project based. Remote. Proposals should include —Your estimated quote for this project (we are asking for a project rate instead of hourly rates) —2 to 3 relevant examples of your experience with the apps in our Core Stack —Your availability and timeline to accept and execute on this assignment Apply tot his job
