We help businesses launch, expand, and maintain regulated operations by coordinating documentation, confirming readiness, and sequencing approval pathways correctly.
This is a structured, niche B2B sales role, not consumer sales.
Role Overview
We are hiring a full-time remote Sales Development Representative responsible for outbound prospecting and booking qualified business-owner meetings.
- You will cold call targeted businesses including:
- Auto dealers
- Insurance agencies
- Tax and multi-service offices
- Registration service operators
- Automotive service providers
- Your role is to:
- Initiate outbound calls
- Identify licensing needs
- Qualify decision-makers
- Book qualified Setup & Approval Review appointments
- Transfer qualified live calls when appropriate
Your success is measured by signed and paid deals.
- Compensation
- $55,000 base salary
- $65 per signed & paid deal
- $1,000 bonus at 20 deals in a month
- $2,000 bonus at 30 deals in a month
- This is a full-time W-2 position. Legally required California paid sick leave applies. No additional employer-sponsored health or retirement benefits are currently offered.
Top performers can exceed $85,000+ in Year 1.
Compensation is tied to performance and commitment.
Expectations
This is a full-time role.
- You must:
- Be comfortable making 50–100 outbound calls per day
- Speak confidently with business owners
- Handle rejection without losing momentum
- Maintain CRM accuracy
- Hit monthly activity and deal benchmarks
This is not a part-time role and not suitable for someone actively job hunting while employed.
We are looking for commitment and consistency.
- Qualifications
- 2+ years outbound B2B cold calling experience
- Experience booking appointments for service-based businesses
- Strong verbal communication
- Self-managed and disciplined in a remote environment
- CRM experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
What Success Looks Like
Month 1:
Ramp into process, script mastery, consistent call volume.
Month 2+:
10+ signed deals per month.
High performers reach 20–30 signed deals per month.
