Job Description
Part-Time, Remote, Contract Seattle Divorce and Family Law Attorney – $150/hr
Requirements:
· FAMILY LAW: ($150/hr - 5-10 hr/week)
o Minimum of 3 years’ family law experience; strong knowledge of Washington family law procedures and court rules; trial experience is . Must be able to take lead attorney role in contested and uncontested divorce cases, custody disputes, and other types of family law cases.
· Washington-licensed attorney in good standing with NO disciplinary history in ANY state. (We will check.)
· All positions are Lead Attorney positions: must be a self-starter who can run all aspects of their cases.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Must be very responsive and empathetic to clients.
· Detail-oriented with very strong organizational skills.
· Candidate located (resides) within reasonable travel distance of Seattle, and, be able to meet with clients there if needed. If the candidate has an office in the area and can meet with clients there, if needed, this will be considered a strong bonus if all other criteria are met.
Duties:
· The successful candidate will possess the skills and desire to run all aspects of their cases and handle a wide variety of matters for a diverse population of clients within their practice area.
· No minimum billed-hours requirement.
· Must be able to work remotely.
· Knowledge of Clio legal software a plus.
· Additional practice areas may be available for work: personal injury, general civil litigation, immigration, criminal law, and others.

Job Type – Part Time/Contract
Benefits: Flexible schedule, remote work other than appearances. No minimum or maximum billable hours.
Ability to relocate:
· Candidate located (resides) within reasonable travel distance of Seattle and is able to meet with clients there if needed.
· Must be relocated prior to starting work (Required)
Work Location: Remote unless for court appearances and other required in-person duties.
Pay: $150.00 per hour
