A boutique employment law firm based in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Remote Employment Attorney to join its dedicated plaintiff-side team. Salary Range: $120,000 - $200,000 year/DOE

Manage a caseload primarily focused on plaintiff work
Engage in PAGA and class action litigation
Collaborate with senior attorneys in a non-micromanaged environment
Track and log case-related work for compliance purposes
Participate in depositions as required
Travel for in-person meetings as needed, with reimbursement provided

PAGA or class action experience is essential
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required
Litigation experience is prioritized, but arbitration experience will be considered
Open to candidates from both plaintiff and defense backgrounds
