Position Summary The Remote Data Entry Analyst – HR Compliance & Fingerprint Management will be a key member of our People & HR Compliance team. This full‑time role is responsible for maintaining legal and administrative compliance by processing fingerprint records, background checks, and other security‑related documentation. You will collaborate closely with TSA, U.S. Customs, U.S. Postal Service, and internal HRIS/EC systems to ensure data integrity, audit accuracy, and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities Compliance Data Management: Process daily FBI fingerprint submissions into an Access database, resolve data discrepancies, and maintain up‑to‑date records for TSA Clearinghouse and U.S. Customs. Document Coordination: Generate, track, and archive fingerprint and background‑check letters, ensuring each document aligns with regulatory requirements. System Integration: Partner with HRIS and EC platforms to synchronize compliance data across multiple systems, facilitating seamless information flow. Reporting & Dashboard Development: Design and maintain high‑level analytical reports and custom dashboards that highlight compliance metrics, trends, and audit outcomes. Audit Execution: Conduct thorough audits of fingerprint applications for accuracy, completeness, and proper submission to the TSA Clearinghouse. Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between internal HR teams, external agencies (TSA, Customs, Postal Service), and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution. Training & Guidance: Educate departmental staff on regulatory requirements, internal processes, and best practices related to background checks and security documentation. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance data quality through automation and process redesign. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, compliance administration, or HR operations—preferably within the aviation or transportation sector. Strong knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) processes and TSA Clearinghouse requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulas), and HRIS platforms. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to interpret large data sets and produce accurate reports. Preferred Qualifications & Skills Previous experience working with fingerprint processing, background screening vendors, or government compliance programs. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for creating intuitive dashboards. Certification in HR compliance (e.g., SHRM‑CP, HRCI‑aPHR) or related fields. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced remote environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for translating technical details into clear, actionable language.
