We’re a fast-growing marketing and consulting company working with coaches and course creators who build strong personal brands online.
One of our core growth channels is brand deals & influencer partnerships — and we’re now looking for an experienced Influencer / Brand Deals Manager to take full ownership of this side of the business.
You’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound brand deals for our clients, handling negotiations, closing partnerships, and making sure deals are executed smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Managing inbound brand deal requests for personal brands
- Proactively reaching out to brands for outbound partnership opportunities
- Negotiating deal terms (rates, deliverables, timelines, usage rights)
- Closing brand deals on behalf of our clients
- Coordinating deliverables and ensuring deadlines are met
- Following up with brands before, during, and after campaigns
- Keeping deals organised and documented
- Helping improve and systemise our brand deal processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing brand deals or influencer partnerships
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Confident closing deals via email, DM, or calls
- Experience working with coaches, course creators, or personal brands
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable representing clients professionally
- Fluent in written and spoken English
