Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Expert with deep experience in Marketing Automation and CRM implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of HubSpot’s ecosystem and a strategic understanding of sales, marketing, and customer lifecycle management.

This role requires someone who can translate business requirements into scalable CRM architecture and automation systems that drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and optimize HubSpot CRM (Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs)

Design and implement marketing automation workflows (lead nurturing, scoring, lifecycle management)

Set up pipelines, deal stages, custom properties, and reporting dashboards

Build and optimize email campaigns, sequences, and behavioral automation

Implement lead capture systems (forms, landing pages, pop-ups)

Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools (Zapier, Stripe, WordPress, etc.)

Establish data hygiene standards and CRM governance processes

Provide reporting insights and performance analysis

Train internal teams on best practices and system usage

Required Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM setup and automation

Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and customer journeys

Experience with segmentation, list building, and workflow logic

Knowledge of API integrations and third-party app connections

Ability to build custom reports and dashboards

Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical setups clearly

Preferred

HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Sales Software, or CMS)

Experience in B2B, SaaS, or service-based industries

Familiarity with email deliverability and domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

Experience with GDPR-compliant data practices
