As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating facility support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to assist with various administrative tasks, including mailroom duties, conference room and event set-ups, and office moves.   • *Responsibilities:**
  • Assist with conference room and event set-ups, including moving chairs, tables, and miscellaneous furniture
  • Coordinate office moves and ensure a seamless transition
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with mailroom duties, including sorting and distributing mail
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
