Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Process Associate to join our Pricing Analytics & Operations team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations by monitoring and improving processes, identifying emerging trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

As a Process Associate on our Pricing Analytics & Operations team, you'll be responsible for:


  • Monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through regular audits and process improvement activities

  • Auditing operations teams' and system outputs to identify areas for improvement and implementing process/system improvements

  • Identifying emerging process performance trends and developing strategies to address them

  • Auditing, tracking, and maintaining quality metrics for assigned processes to ensure compliance with arenaflex standards

  • Collaborating with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements

  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction

  • Providing regular reporting and updates to stakeholders on process performance and improvement initiatives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:


  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, or a related field)

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
