About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Bilingual Bookkeeper to join our growing team. You will be the backbone of our financial clarity, ensuring every transaction is accounted for and every report is pinpoint accurate.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll processing.
  • Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations with 100% accuracy.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly Balance Sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain an organized digital filing system and ensure all financial records are up to date.
  • Communication: Coordinate with the management team in English regarding financial health and discrepancies.
    Requirements
  • Language: Native or near-native Spanish and fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
  • Software Proficiency: Expert level in QuickBooks Online or Xero. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a must.
  • Remote Work Skills: Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and use tools like Slack, Zoom, and Asana/Trello.
  • Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
