I. What You’ll Do

✔ Handle inbound phone calls (primary), plus live chat and email

✔ Manage orders, tickets, and tracking using Zendesk, Shopify, and Sticky.io

✔ Resolve delivery issues, replacements, refunds, and escalations with accurate and quality troubleshooting

✔ Communicate clearly while handling busy queues

II. Schedule (Part-Time | EST / New York Time Only)

✔ 4 hours/day, Monday–Friday, plus 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)

✔ Fixed shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST, or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM EST

✔ No overlapping commitments during scheduled shift

III. Compensation & Growth

✔ You receive the full hourly rate for all logged hours.

Training (2 days): $3.00/hour

Week 1 (Probation): $3.00/hour

✔ Details of the rate timeline after the probation period will be provided in the contract once hired.

IV. Must-Haves

✔ 6+ months of customer service experience (voice + chat/email)

✔ Strong spoken and written English with confident phone presence

✔ Quiet workspace, reliable computer, and fast internet

V. Nice-to-Haves

✔ Experience with Zendesk, Shopify, or Sticky.io

✔ eCommerce or dropshipping background

VI. How We Hire

✔ 30–60 second voice note introducing yourself

✔ Short online assessments (customer scenarios and basic skills) administered via Criteria Corp

✔ Final interview
