Position Overview – Senior Loan Consultant & Customer Service Representative


As a Senior Loan Consultant at arenaflex, you’ll partner closely with the Branch Manager to ensure the branch operates smoothly, meets profitability targets, and delivers an unmatched customer experience. You will be a pivotal figure in guiding loan decisions, mentoring staff, cultivating community relationships, and championing a culture of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities



  • Leadership & Staff Development: Motivate, coach, and support branch personnel to achieve goals related to loan volume, credit quality, collections, and expense control.

  • Loan Origination & Decision‑Making: Evaluate consumer loan applications, make decisions within established lending limits, recommend approvals, and oversee the full loan lifecycle—from processing and closing to collections for delinquent accounts.

  • Business Development: Identify and nurture relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and referral partners. Promote arenaflex’s suite of financial products and services to meet and surpass sales targets.

  • Customer Solution Implementation: Work directly with borrowers to tailor financial solutions, monitor satisfaction, and ensure a seamless post‑sale experience.
