Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Consultant, specializing in Website & Branding Services, and focusing on generating new business across a diverse client portfolio. The Sales Consultant will engage directly with clients to identify their branding needs, provide tailored consultation, and offer creative solutions. Additional responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as a key point of contact throughout the customer journey. Work location is flexible, with fully-remote, on-site, and hybrid structures considered.
Compensation
This is a 100% commission position, uncapped, with virtually unlimited earning potential, including recurring monthly revenue. Commission structure and OTE provided upon request.
The Ideal Candidate
- The ideal candidate combines consultative selling with an understanding of creative services to match client needs with high-impact branding and web solutions.
- Highly motivated self-starter, always looking for opportunities
- Proven track record in selling creative services, digital projects, or consultative B2B solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with a fully commission-based compensation model
- Ability to quickly understand client business challenges and position creative/technical solutions
