- We are seeking a highly experienced Genesys Cloud Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team.
- As a Genesys Developer you will be responsible for designing and architecting Genesys Cloud solutions based on business requirements and technical considerations.
- You will collaborate with stakeholders lead the implementation and configuration of Genesys Cloud solutions and oversee the integration with other systems and applications.
- Additionally you will provide technical guidance and support troubleshoot complex technical issues and stay up to date with the latest Genesys Cloud features and capabilities TOP SKILLS:
- Genesys call flow
- Genesys AI Features / LLM exposure
- Integration & ecosystem Skills:
- Cloud CX3
- Genesys Architect experience
- Call Flow build experience
- Data Tables and Call routing in Genesys Experience
- WFM experience in Genesys nice to have
- Genesys Developer Data actions experience best practices
- Genesys IVR development experience
- DTMF
- Genesys dialog engine bots
- Genesys Participant data familiarization
- Data Actions development experience
- Familiar with Genesys APIs and data
- Familiar with Genesys support cases and escalations
- Contact Center for health care domain knowledge nice to have
- Understanding of natural language IVR implementations nice to have
- Genesys Chat experience Build support
