Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. KPMG US is seeking an Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR) Consultant to design, configure, and support Accounts Receivable processes within Oracle ERP. The role involves ensuring accurate billing, invoicing, cash application, and collections while collaborating with various teams to maintain financial controls and support integrations with external systems.

    Responsibilities
  • Configure and support Oracle Accounts Receivable modules, including invoicing, receipts, adjustments, credit memos, and revenue-related setups
  • Design and validate end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Invoice-to-Cash processes
  • Configure customer profiles, transaction types, receipt classes, payment terms, and accounting rules
  • Support cash application processes including lockbox, auto-receipts, and manual receipts
  • Configure and support collections, dunning, dispute management, and customer statements
  • Ensure proper subledger accounting, reconciliation between AR and GL, and compliance with financial controls
  • Collaborate with Order Management, Subscription Management, Billing, and Revenue Recognition teams to ensure accurate downstream accounting
  • Support integrations with external systems (Salesforce, billing platforms, banks, tax engines)
  • Assist in data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities
  • Support CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization. Troubleshoot AR issues, including accounting errors, invoice exceptions, and receipt application issues
    Skills
  • Minimum 2 years' experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Accounts Receivable (Fusion or EBS)
  • Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash and financial accounting principles. Experience with AR accounting, revenue flows, and GL reconciliation
  • Experience with lockbox, bank integrations, and payment processing is a plus
  • Ability to work with functional and technical teams to resolve integration and data issues
  • Experience supporting testing cycles and production go-lives
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion Financials
  • Exposure to Subscription, Usage-Based Billing, or SaaS business models
  • Experience working in large ERP transformation or finance modernization programs
  • Prior consulting or client-facing experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
