Description
The VP, Data Ecosystem & AI Partnerships leads our strategic efforts to expand PurpleLab's technological footprint through high-impact data delivery and innovative AI alliances. This leader drives the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions that enhance commercial productivity while simultaneously managing a robust data ecosystem. The goal is to meet clients where they are by facilitating seamless cross-cloud data delivery and leveraging partner networks to boost the sales pipeline. By embedding AI and automation into core processes and participating in cutting-edge technology platforms, this role empowers sales teams to achieve higher quotas and positions PurpleLab at the technological vanguard.
Data Delivery & Ecosystem Management
- Lead initiatives to "meet clients where they are" by streamlining cross-cloud data delivery and ensuring high standards of auditability.
- Strategically leverage partner networks to intersect sales target lists and secure high-value introductions to prospects.
- Empower and train partner sales teams to effectively sell PurpleLab solutions within their own ecosystems.
- Ensure PurpleLab data is in the hands of companies on the technological vanguard who require high-quality data to fuel their growth.
AI Strategy & Cutting-Edge Technology
- Participate in cutting-edge technology by leveraging AI tools within partner and data platforms to drive product differentiation.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with GTM objectives, identifying high-impact opportunities across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Oversee the integration of AI tools into commercial workflows, driving adoption and delivering measurable improvements in forecast accuracy and personalization.
Automation & Predictive Insights
- Lead the automation of repetitive tasks-such as lead scoring and data entry-to boost representative productivity and reduce manual work.
- Deploy predictive analytics to forecast pipelines, identify high-potential leads, and optimize resource allocation.
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards for quota attainment, pipeline velocity, and individual rep performance.
Enablement, Governance & Change Management
- Partner with teams to deliver AI-powered coaching and hyper-personalized outreach at scale using AI-based segmentation.
- Ensure the ethical and compliant use of AI and data across all commercial and partnership functions.
- Collaborate with IT, Data Science, and Marketing to deliver integrated solutions and serve as an evangelist for AI-driven transformation.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and company objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, or GTM Operations in high-growth, technology-driven environments.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, data analytics, and automation platforms relevant to commercial teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence technology adoption.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with change management and continuous process optimization.
