As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Sell and service a variety of insurance policies in a supportive inside sales environment, providing exceptional service by clearly explaining the features and benefits of various policies.
  • Liaise with underwriters to bind coverage and handle administrative tasks like paperwork and policy renewals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and policyholders, adapting to changing workloads and competing demands while overcoming objections and closing sales.
