- *Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Sell and service a variety of insurance policies in a supportive inside sales environment, providing exceptional service by clearly explaining the features and benefits of various policies.
- Liaise with underwriters to bind coverage and handle administrative tasks like paperwork and policy renewals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and policyholders, adapting to changing workloads and competing demands while overcoming objections and closing sales.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer Service or Insurance Sales Experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
- Valid Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas (highly preferred, but not required)
