Project Name: WordPress Website Administrator
1. About the Project:
Skyline Products, Inc. (www.skylineproducts.com), along with its software division, PriceAdvantage (www.priceadvantage.com), is seeking a qualified WordPress Website Administrator with proven HubSpot integration experience to manage, maintain, and optimize our digital presence. This role will be responsible for ensuring website performance, security, content management, and seamless integration between our skylineproducts.com and priceadvantage.com website and HubSpot CRM platform.
2. About Skyline Products and PriceAdvantage Software Division:
Headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO, Skyline Products manufactures electronic fuel price signs, traffic management systems and develops software with business intelligence to help fuel retailers be competitive with their fuel pricing strategies. For the Transportation division, audiences include Departments of Transportation for state, county and local entities; contractors who bid for infrastructure projects; and other entities looking to incorporate direct messaging signs in the sites. Price Signs and the PriceAdvantage software are sold to any entities selling fuel: big box retailers, convenience stores, gas stations, sign design companies who bid on fuel sign projects, etc.
3. Scope of Work SkylineProducts.com and PriceAdvantage.com:
3.1 WordPress Adminstration
- Website maintenance and updates (WordPress core, themes, and plugins)
- Security monitoring, hardening, and vulnerability management
- Performance optimization and speed improvements
- Backup management and disaster recovery planning
- Content management and publishing support
- User management and permissions configuration
- SEO optimization and technical SEO management
- Troubleshooting and technical support
3.2 HubSpot Integration and Management
- WordPress-HubSpot integration setup and maintenance
- Form creation, embedding, and optimization
- Landing page development and A/B testing
- CRM data synchronization and management
- Marketing automation workflow implementation
- Lead tracking and conversion optimization
- Email marketing integration and template development
- Analytics and reporting setup
3.3 Technical Requirements
- Custom plugin development or modification as needed
- Theme customization and responsive design implementation
- API integrations between WordPress and HubSpot
- Database optimization and management
- Third-party tool integrations as required
3.4 Bluehost Hosting and Event/E-commerce Management
- Bluehost cPanel administration and server management
- Domain management and DNS configuration through Bluehost
- SSL certificate installation and renewal via Bluehost
- Server resource monitoring and optimization on Bluehost infrastructure
- Payment gateway integration and configuration (PayPal, Stripe, etc.)
- Shopping cart optimization and checkout process improvements
- Order management system configuration and automation
- Shipping and tax configuration for e-commerce operations
4. Required Qualifications:
4.1 Technical Skills
- Minimum 5 years of WordPress administration experience
- Proven experience with HubSpot CMS, Marketing Hub, and CRM
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
- Experience with page builders (Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, or similar)
- Understanding of REST APIs and webhooks
- Knowledge of web security best practices and GDPR compliance
- Hands-on experience with Bluehost hosting platform and cPanel administration
- Proven experience with WooCommerce or other WordPress e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of payment gateway integrations and PCI compliance standards
4.2 Preferred Certifications
- HubSpot CMS for Developers Certification
- WordPress-related certifications or training
4.3 Professional Experience
- Portfolio demonstrating WordPress and HubSpot integration projects
- Experience with conversion rate optimization
- Track record of improving website performance and SEO
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
