Job Description
Summary
I am looking for a U.S. immigration lawyer to do a final review of an RFE response for an F-2 Change/Extension of Status (Form I-539) before we submit it to USCIS.
The response package is already prepared and organized. At this point, we just want an experienced immigration attorney to review everything and make sure the response properly addresses the RFE and that the documentation is solid before filing.
This is review and advisory only — we are not looking for full representation or filing services.
What we need help with:
Review the USCIS RFE notice
Review the draft response letter
Review the supporting documents and exhibit list
Point out any issues, missing information, or potential risks
Provide brief written feedback or suggested edits
Important: The response is already drafted. We mainly need an experienced immigration lawyer to check it before submission.
Requirements
Must be a licensed U.S. immigration attorney
Experience with F-1 / F-2 cases and Form I-539
Familiar with USCIS RFE responses
Able to provide clear legal feedback
Available for a quick review (only 1 hour)
