Our mission is to inspire and empower young learners to become skilled coders through our comprehensive curriculum and interactive learning platform. About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist with small amounts of teaching. In this role, you will be responsible for customer success, supporting teachers and occasionally delivering online coding lessons to students ages 6-14. You will work closely with our remote team to enhance our program, assist with scheduling, and ensure the success of our students. We are looking to expand our presence in Fargo, North Dakota and therefore this position has the benefit of a dedicated office space at Emerging Prairie for flexible hybrid work days.
