We are currently seeking an experienced Travel Nurse Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong relationships with clinicians while delivering results.
Position Overview
The Travel Nurse Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing travel nurses on contract assignments across the United States. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within vendor management systems and staffing platforms.
This is a 100% remote role with a competitive base salary plus commission structure designed to reward performance.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Engagement & Recruitment
- Quickly and enthusiastically respond to healthcare professionals seeking contract opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with travel nurses and healthcare professionals to understand their career goals and preferences.
- Match candidates with open travel assignments through Access Healthcare.
Submission & Placement Process
- Build and maintain accurate candidate profiles to facilitate efficient submissions.
- Enter candidates into Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and submit them for open contracts.
- Submit 5–10 qualified candidates daily for open travel positions.
- Construct competitive pay packages based on provided compensation structures.
Candidate Support & Communication
- Answer candidate questions regarding contracts, benefits, pay packages, and expectations.
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Sourcing & Business Development
- Source candidates through social media, professional networks, and nursing groups.
- Conduct targeted outreach campaigns to build a strong pipeline of travel nurses.
- Establish and cultivate long-term relationships with clinicians and vendor partners.
Additional Duties
- Perform additional recruiting tasks and projects as assigned by company leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment
Performance Expectations
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified travel nurses
- Submit 5–10 candidates daily
- Achieve a minimum of 4 placements per month
