Hembree International Inc. is seeking a small group of experienced professionals to serve as Advisory Board Members to support the company’s next stage of growth.
Hembree International Inc. is the parent company of Hembree Window Cleaning and related property service brands focused on exterior building services including window cleaning, lighting installation, and exterior maintenance solutions.
Hembree Window Cleaning has grown rapidly and is trusted by hospitals, municipalities, and major property managers across Colorado. The company has pioneered operational innovations in the industry, including being among the first full-service window cleaning companies to utilize both rope access and drone-assisted cleaning systems.
The company was also recognized with the 2025 Jobber “Smooth Operator” Grant for operational innovation, reflecting its integration of AI-driven systems and drone technology within service operations.
As the organization expands and explores acquisition opportunities within the fragmented property services industry, we are forming a Founding Advisory Board of 5–7 members to provide strategic guidance.
Role Type
Contract / Advisory Role
Estimated commitment: Quarterly meetings and occasional consultation
Responsibilities
Advisory Board Members may contribute through:
- Providing strategic insight on growth and expansion
- Offering guidance on acquisitions and partnerships
- Advising on operational scaling and leadership development
- Providing feedback on company strategy and initiatives
- Optional introductions within professional networks
Advisory board members are not responsible for day-to-day management and will serve strictly in a strategic advisory capacity.
Qualifications
We welcome professionals with experience in areas such as:
- Scaling service-based businesses
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Private capital formation
- Operations leadership
- Technology-enabled service industries
- Strategic partnerships and national expansion
Experience in property services, facilities management, or service roll-ups is helpful but not required.
Compensation
Advisory Board Members may receive:
- Equity-based compensation (stock or options)
- Performance-based incentive structures
- Other mutually agreed advisory compensation arrangements
Compensation terms are determined individually based on experience and expected contribution.
Location
Remote / United States
Quarterly meetings may be conducted virtually.
About the Founder
Hembree International was founded by Mason Hembree, an entrepreneur with experience launching and scaling multiple ventures across technology, consumer products, and service industries.
Earlier in his career, Mason built a lead generation company that scaled from $0 to over $10M in annual sales, and later helped pioneer innovative consumer products and hospitality concepts, including one of the first CBD-infused beers in the United States.
