Lead and oversee the development and implementation of the Master of Science in Nursing program at Purdue Global.
Ensure that the program curriculum and course materials are up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with industry standards and best practices.
Collaborate with faculty members to develop and maintain high-quality course content and materials.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the program, making necessary adjustments to improve student learning outcomes.
Hire, train, and mentor faculty members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver an exceptional learning experience to students.
Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals and organizations to ensure the program remains current and relevant.
Oversee the admissions process for the MSN program, ensuring that qualified students are admitted and enrolled.
Collaborate with other academic leaders and departments to promote interdisciplinary learning opportunities for students.
Serve as a resource for faculty, staff, and students, providing guidance and support for academic and administrative matters related to the MSN program.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of nursing and incorporate them into the program as appropriate.
Monitor program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement based on data and feedback.
Ensure the program maintains compliance with all accreditation and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to promote and market the MSN program to potential students.
Represent the MSN program and Purdue Global at professional conferences and events.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for faculty and staff within the program.
