BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of engineering and technical lead experience in building scalable software.
5+ years of managerial experience leading engineering teams.
Experience in attracting, hiring, and coaching engineering talent.
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Passion for healthcare and a strong interest in improving its delivery through technology.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends.
Solid understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.
