We’re a fast-growing consulting business that helps established course creators streamline their operations using practical AI and automation systems.
I’m looking for a skilled AI & automation specialist to implement the technical side of client projects while I lead strategy and client relationships.
This is a client-facing delivery role focused on building real, working systems — not hype or experimental AI.

You’ll help build and optimize backend systems for online education businesses, including:
Marketing & Lead Systems
- Funnel setup and integrations
- Landing page flows
- Email automation sequences
- Lead capture + tagging
- CRM pipeline setup
Sales Systems
- Webinar funnel automations
- Evergreen funnel logic
- Call booking workflows
- Follow-up sequences
- Payment & checkout flows
Client Experience Systems
- Automated onboarding flows
- Course platform integrations
- Welcome and nurture sequences
- Client progress tracking systems
- Helpdesk / support workflows
Operations & Automation
- Workflow mapping
- SOP documentation
- Zapier/Make automations
- Dashboard reporting
- Tool stack integrations
