About the Brand
Little Rocker Clothing is a pop-punk / rock-inspired kids & family apparel brand rooted in music culture, festivals, and bold self-expression. Our pieces feel like band merch meets everyday wear — loud, playful, and designed for kids and families who love music and standing out.
I'm a mom owned brand with multiple product categories and I'm looking for a creative fashion designer / product thinker to help us ideate and shape what comes next.
What I’m Looking For
This is not an execution-only role.
I’m looking for someone who can:
Concept new apparel product ideas and categories
Develop original designs, patterns, and concepts
Think in collections and drops as well as new shirt graphics
Understand an existing brand aesthetic and push it forward creatively
This role is best suited for someone with experience in fashion design, apparel product development, streetwear, or kidswear, and who understands pop-punk / rock / alternative culture.
Potential Scope of Work
Depending on fit and skillset:
New product concepts (beyond graphic tees)
Concept sketches, flats, or visual direction
Pattern or print ideas
Seasonal mood boards
Collection direction
Tech Packs (basic)
This role has strong potential to become ongoing, long-term work.
PAID TRIAL PROJECT (REQUIRED)
Before moving forward, we will start with a paid trial to ensure brand alignment and creative fit.
Trial project will include:
2–3 original product concepts for Little Rock Clothing
(not just t-shirt graphics — think creatively about apparel categories)
Light sketches, concepts, or visual direction
A short explanation of your thought process and how it fits the brand
➡️ The trial is paid, clearly scoped, and completed before any long-term work.
Compensation
This role is per-concept, not hourly.
Trial project will be priced as a flat package and paid upfront
Ongoing work will be per-concept or per-bundle (to be discussed)
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have experience in fashion or apparel design
Can ideate independently and bring strong product ideas
Understand streetwear, pop-punk, rock, or alternative aesthetics
Can design for kids & families without making it feel juvenile
Are collaborative, communicative, and open to feedback
Are interested in a long-term creative partnership
Location
Open to designers worldwide
Familiarity with U.S. pop-punk / rock culture is important.
