Behavioral Learning Designer

Q Studio is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer / Learning Experience Designer to help translate concepts into high-quality workshop experiences and learning assets.

Our work focuses on helping enterprise professionals and university students build practical Mind Skills that strengthen focus, decision-making, and mental capacity. These learning experiences are designed around how people actually think and behave so that the concepts translate into daily practice. The workshops and learning assets we create are intentionally built to drive adoption, engagement, and sustained usage of the MyQStudio app, which is the core platform where participants assess capacity and practice the Mind Skills introduced in the workshops. Additional course content and learning materials may also be developed in support of this ecosystem.

This role requires someone who can thoughtfully design flow, narrative, structure, and visual experience so that participants remain engaged and the learning sticks.

We are looking for someone who can take early-stage concepts and ideation and turn them into fully designed learning assets, including presentations, workshop materials, and supporting documentation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Translate early concepts and discussion into structured learning experiences
  • Design cohesive workshop flows that align with how people actually learn and behave
  • Build visually compelling workshop materials and presentations
  • Create facilitator guides, participant materials, and supporting documentation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine ideas and shape learning outcomes
  • Turn conceptual frameworks into practical learning tools and experiences
  • Ensure learning content is clear, engaging, and designed for real-world application

Required Skills

  • Instructional Design or Learning Experience Design
  • Human-Centered Design / Behavioral Design
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles
  • Organizational psychology or behavioral science familiarity
  • Canva for presentation and workshop design
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Drive)
  • Ability to structure complex ideas into clear learning frameworks
  • Strong visual and narrative storytelling for learning experiences
