Job Summary Â
We are seeking curious, passionate, and hard-working graduates from data science, computer science, data analytics, business analytics, statistics, mathematics, physics and machine learning or any other analytical / quantitative academic fields to participate in our remote graduate program. In this program, you will have two, six-month rotations focused on the below two functions:Â
Data Science – Focuses on analytics, experimentation and AI to uncover insights, improve business decisions and drive business growth.Â
Â
Machine Learning  – Focuses on designing, training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models and supporting pipelines to solve real business problems at scale. This includes feature engineering, model experimentation, performance evaluation, and working with production systems to responsibly operationalize models.Â
Responsibilities
- Job FunctionÂ
- Analyze insurance and customer data to identify trends, optimize growth strategies and support business decision makingÂ
- Develop, implement and evaluate predictive models using machine learning to improve risk assessment, pricing and claims outcomesÂ
- Partner with cross functional teams to translate business problems into data driven solutions and measurable outcomesÂ
- Design and execute experiments to measure the impact of new initiatives and growth strategiesÂ
- Ensure data quality, integrity and compliance with governance standards to maintain trusted, actionable datasetsÂ
- Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to enhance predictive insights, automate processes, and responsibly scale data driven decision makingÂ
Qualifications
- Education Requirements Â
- Be legally eligible to work in the U.S.Â
- Recently completed a bachelor's or both bachelor's and master's degree in data science, computer science, data analytics, business analytics, statistics, mathematics, physics and machine learning or any other analytical / quantitative academic fieldsÂ
- Able to provide a cumulative GPA, as reported by your school. Minimum 3.5 GPA required.Â
- Graduation date on or after November 2025 but no later than June 2026Â
- Planning to seek full-time employment by June 2026Â
- Preferred Skills & Abilities Â
- Excellent verbal and written communicationÂ
- Good problem-solving skillsÂ
- Willingness to independently learn and make an impact within a team environmentÂ
- Strong programming skills in at least one of the following: Python, SQL, R, C++, Rust, Go, or C#.Â
- Good understanding of different data structures and algorithms Â
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using it for data analysis, modeling, or building reproducible data pipelines and analytical workflowsÂ
- Experience with SQL and relational data conceptsÂ
- Familiarity with Git-based version controlÂ
- Experience with data and ML python libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, XGBoost, NumPy, and NLP LibrariesÂ
- Background in another programming language (e.g., R, C++, Rust, Go) is welcome, provided there is interest in working primarily in Python and SQLÂ
