About the Role

We are hiring a Part-Time Marketing Consulting Associate to support strategy, marketing, and leadership consulting engagements with CEOs and mid-sized companies. This is a text-heavy, ideas-driven role focused on elite strategic thinking, revenue growth, and signal-over-noise leadership communication — not implementation or endless meetings.

This position is ideal for former top-tier consultants, MBA graduates, or strategy generalists who want meaningful, flexible work, enjoy deep thinking, and are excited by the creative leverage of generative AI.

You will work fully remotely, primarily via SMS, email, and asynchronous collaboration, with optional monthly Zoom calls. No client travel. No face-to-face meetings.

This role is intentionally designed as a high-leverage platform — a place to do excellent work, earn strong hourly pay, and optionally use the experience as a springboard for your own ventures.

Ideal Background

McKinsey, Bain, Accenture (or comparable strategy/consulting firms)
MBA (Top 10 preferred; Harvard Business School a strong plus)
Strategy consulting, marketing consulting, leadership advisory

Entrepreneurial experience is a plus (successful or otherwise), but not required.

Generate creative, scalable revenue growth concepts, including:
New business models
New product or service lines
Pricing and packaging strategies
Retention and lifetime value improvements
Support leadership communication clarity:
Reduce noise
Improve signal
Translate strategy into language that inspires real action
Use generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to:
Explore wide solution spaces
Pressure-test ideas
Create structured thinking frameworks
Craft powerful AI prompts such as:
“100 business models capable of $1B+ annual revenue”
“40 ways to add $1M in revenue to a mid-sized design firm”
Assist with company marketing when needed, including:
Digital marketing strategy
Search and social advertising concepts
Lead generation ideas
Landing page and funnel strategy
Perform under pressure and deliver elite value consistently
