About the position
Our client is a profitable U.S.-based beverage company with national distribution and a team of 100+ employees across sales, manufacturing, and HQ. The culture is high-performance, with clear roles, candid feedback, and high standards for accuracy and execution.
As Sales Operations analyst, you’ll handle the recurring workflows that connect products to distributors. Reporting to the Sales Ops Manager, you’ll ensure paperwork, registrations, and pricing updates are delivered accurately and on time—making seasonal launches smooth and reliable.
You’ll:
Complete and submit distributor-specific product forms on schedule
Maintain product catalog and pricing trackers with clean audit trails
Partner with compliance to keep licenses and registrations current
Monitor due dates, statuses, and approvals across distributors/states
Update dashboards and respond quickly to ad-hoc data requests
Prep seasonal launches with front-loaded submissions and clear plans
Send weekly updates highlighting completed, pending, and at-risk items
Identify small improvements that reduce resubmits and errors over time
- Responsibilities

- Requirements
- 2–3 years in sales ops, logistics, or compliance-heavy coordination
- Comfort managing multiple deadlines with accuracy and consistency
- Experience with form-driven workflows and record-keeping
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to escalate quickly when requirements are unclear
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, and shared portals
- Strong written communication in English

- Experience with seasonal launches or product catalog updates
- Background in distributor, vendor, or regulatory workflows
- Familiarity with beverage, food & beverage, or CPG industries

- $1,500 –2,000 USD per month depending on experience
