Position Overview

The Operations Assistant will support day-to-day production coordination, purchasing, equipment rentals, and internal communication flow. This role ensures materials, rentals, and emails are handled efficiently so our Operations team can focus on field execution.

    Key Responsibilities:Purchasing & Vendor Coordination
  • Order materials and equipment based on the Operations team's requests.
  • Communicate with vendors for pricing and availability.
  • Confirm delivery timelines and job site coordination.
  • Track purchase logs and documentation.
  • Compare pricing to support cost control.
    Equipment Rentals
  • Schedule equipment rentals.
  • Confirm delivery and pickup dates.
  • Track rental periods to prevent overcharges.
  • Coordinate extensions if needed.
    Operations Email Management
  • Monitor and manage operations inbox.
  • Route emails to the correct team members.
  • Track open requests to ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain organized documentation.
    Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of administrative or operations support experience.
  • Experience coordinating vendors or purchasing preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Spanish fluency required.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable making vendor calls and negotiating timelines.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in construction, landscaping, property management, or similar industries is a plus.
