- Experience in data visualization and analysis (3-5 years) (Proficiency level: 4);
- Experience in gathering and cleaning data from various sources. (Proficiency level: 4);
- Experience with statistical methods and techniques to identify patterns, trends, correlations, and anomalies. (Proficiency level: 4);
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate program requirements into technical solutions and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. (Proficiency level: 3);

- Develop visually appealing, intuitive, user-friendly, and insightful Qlik Sense dashboards and reports;
- Advise program areas on which visualizations and analyses would best help them achieve their goals;
- Collaborate with data engineers and others to gather and clean data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and quality;
- Use statistical methods and techniques to identify patterns, trends, correlations, and anomalies, and extract meaningful insights;
- Work collaboratively with program areas to identify KPIs and develop metrics to track and measure progress toward goals;
- Monitor data quality to identify data issues and propose data cleansing or enhancement solutions;
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, scientists, and others, to understand data needs, address technical challenges, and promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
