This role is all about doing extensive but structured research to find dental practices that need help. This includes phone calls to front desks, filling out google forms, and managing data in Google sheets. If you're great at getting simple but repetitive tasks done, you're the person we're looking for!
- Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and input dental practice data into our research databases with precision and efficiency
- Assist in organizing and maintaining large datasets related to dental health practices
- Call dental practices to research and confirm data points
- Quickly and thoroughly fill out Google Forms with many data points on Dental Practices
- Support the preparation of reports by extracting relevant data insights for analysis and presentation
- Qualifications
- Strong ability to speak English fluently and with professional confidence
- Basic knowledge of dental treatments, dental care, and U.S. healthcare industry
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks
- Proficiency in using Google Forms, Google Sheets, and dealing with PDFs.
- Experience researching with basic Google Maps features and Google search research
- Ability to work independently without needing explicit direction and details
- Prior experience in healthcare or dental practice research is advantageous but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
