- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for QIAstat-Dx systems and consumables
- Identify, engage, and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, laboratory managers, and clinicians
- Provide product demonstrations, technical presentations, and hands-on training to potential customers
- Collaborate with marketing and technical support teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine sales strategies
- Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and report progress using SFDC
- Represent QIAGEN at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Business, or a related field of study preferred)
- 5+ years diagnostic sales; hospital lab equipment/instrument/capital sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships
- Consistent top performer; President’s Club or similar
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling molecular diagnostic instruments in clinical or laboratory settings
